Two New Undergrads in the Lab!
The Chanda lab welcomes our two new undergraduate researchers in the lab! Stephan is a senior undergraduate in biochemistry and Owen is a sophomore majoring in physics (and maybe mathematics, too). Both will be working with Ruohan and David on various aspects of the single-molecule projects in the lab.
New Paper: Molecular determinants of efficacy in the HCN channel family
New JGP paper now online! In this study, Dr. Claudia Alvarez-Baron and Dr. Vadim A. Klenchin explore what underlies the molecular basis for increased cAMP efficacy in HCN2 channels using a mutagenesis, electrophysiology, and kinetic modeling. See the paper here!
